Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply to the services provided by Aixion Labs Solutions LLC ("Aixion", "we"), a company based in Houston, Texas, USA. By hiring our services or paying an invoice you accept them.
What we do
Aixion designs and builds custom AI and software solutions for businesses: AI consulting and audits, AI agents, process automation, agent-first applications, immersive websites, data pipelines, and growth and sales systems.
Proposals and scope
Every engagement starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal prevails.
Pricing and payment
Our services are custom, so there is no fixed price list: each engagement is quoted according to its scope. All prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD).
Depending on the service, we bill in one of three ways:
- Custom projects: a deposit when you accept the proposal, and the balance against milestones or delivery. The deposit amount and the milestones are set out in your proposal.
- Ongoing services (retainers): a fixed monthly fee for support, maintenance or operation, charged every month until you cancel.
- Fixed-scope services, such as audits or consulting sessions: paid in full before the work starts.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Prices do not include taxes that may apply, unless your proposal says otherwise. If a payment is overdue, we may pause the work until it is settled.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a project or a monthly service at any time by writing to us. What is and is not refunded is explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
Your part
To deliver on time we need timely access to the information, systems and people the project depends on, and your feedback at each milestone. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
Ownership of the work
Ownership of deliverables and intellectual property is defined in your proposal or agreement. We keep the rights to the tools, libraries and know-how we had before the project or that we develop for general use.
Third-party services
The solutions we build often rely on third-party platforms, such as AI model providers, cloud hosting or the software you already use. Their own terms, prices and availability apply, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
Results
Figures and examples on our website describe typical or past results and are not a guarantee. Any performance or service-level commitment applies only if it is written in your proposal.
Legal and export restrictions
We do not provide services to people or organizations located in countries or regions under comprehensive US sanctions, or included on US government restricted-party lists. We do not build systems intended for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of what we deliver complies with the laws that apply to you, including export control and data protection laws.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Aixion's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date you accept a proposal is the one that applies to that engagement.
